How to Make Your Eating at a Buffet Healthy

9. Soda is a no-no. That’s a bunch of empty calories. After downing a few glasses of soda you will still be hungry. Then why would you need a beverage full of sugar and calories that does not satisfy your hunger and makes you fatter? Fruity drinks and lemonade are no good either. Drink water or iced tea without sugar.

10. Sometimes breakfast buffets offer you pancakes and waffles. You can see this food almost at all hotels. Neither pancakes nor waffles have nutritional value and are probably the cheapest of all the dishes served for breakfast. Pick eggs, yogurt, cottage cheese and other foods that do not contain too many carbs.
