3. Get some fresh air
Do not feel like going out for a run? Then play tennis instead. If you like water, go swimming. Brain chemistry changes every time you do sports or play active games. Physical activity makes you more intelligent. Smart people know how useful it is for their mental state to exercise. No more excuses – some jogging takes little time and requires no equipment except a pair of shoes and comfortable clothes.

4. Recharge in a bubble bath
Take a hot bath. Add some bubbles and bath salt. Do beauty procedures like face or foot massage. Spoil your skin with good body lotion and cream. You may add special oils to soothe your nerves since their therapeutic effect has been known for centuries. After the bath put on fresh clothes and make a cup of herbal tea. If for some reason you cannot take a bath, you can try and take an hour’s nap. It will help you refresh and recharge too.
