Wash your hands more carefully and a bit more often. Throughout the day you touch too many items that have been used by other people: shopping trolleys and baskets, door handles and public transport. Clean your hands for at least 20 seconds. You can use a hand sanitizer with over 60% alcohol if you are outside or have no access to water and soap.
