3. Movement and physical activity
Start with doing simple exercises if you have never practiced sports before. Let your workout session be short and moderate. After a week or two you’ll be able to increase the length and intensity of your exercises. All types of movement are great for your body. Stay active all year round and practice jogging, cycling, skiing or simple walking. Include a few games in your workout plan too.

4. Replace your booze with healthier drinks
Alcohol is not the only way to relax. There are much better drinks that you can enjoy at parties. Celebrate and socialize with a glass of juice. Alcohol has a toxic effect on your body. Quit drinking and you will feel much better.
