4. Change in bowel or bladder habits
Your stool can change its size and color if you have colon or rectal cancer. Other signs include constipation or diarrhea. If it is prostate or bladder cancer, then you will feel pain when urinating and see blood in the urine.

5. Indigestion or trouble swallowing
Neck and head cancers also have specific symptoms. For example, patients find it difficult to swallow food and drinks. They also suffer from indigestion. Stomach cancer and laryngeal cancer have similar signs too.
