5. Avoid and ignore the commercial breaks
TV and marketing co-work and they always know what to do to tempt you. They create beautiful commercials and sell tons of junk. The problem is that most of those commercial breaks are about junk food, potato chips, candies and chocolate bars. You will never see fruit or vegetables advertised. So avoid TV commercial breaks.

6. Watch your plate size
The size of your plate can also influence your weight. The bigger your plate is, the smaller the portion of your food may visually appear. Take a smaller plate and the same portion of foods will look of more volume.
